Gossiping under covers with Bebe Reid || Author Interview

Gossiping under covers with Bebe Reid

It’s probably no secret that I read a lot of B.B. Reid books. I have read both her Broken Love and The Bandit series, and some books in them more times than I can count (*ahem ahem* Fear Me), and while I haven’t loved all of them (also no secret), there are some of them (namely The Bandit, and Fear Me) that get me so fucking hot that it totally makes up for the books I did not like.

So as it happens, about the time when The Knight released, I had contacted Bebe, and we got to talking, and in classic me fashion, I asked her out on an interview. Because duh! That woman wrote Kieran and Bishop! I needed access into that mind dammit! So yeah, I sent her the questions and we both got busy with life and completely forgot about it. Three months later, she sends me those answers with an apology, and a proclamation of being a closet asshole, which dun dun dun- I never saw. For three more months.

Yes people, I completely missed her email, and just found it the day before yesterday when I was cleaning my mailbox. So I did what most girls do when all is lost, and asked her if I could move in with her in her closet.

So here we are at last, with an interview that I’d decided to post some six months ago lol. I hope you enjoy her answers as much as I did.

PS: She forgave me, and we bonded over how outdated the entire emailing system is haha.

B. B. Reid

22886261_902788126540595_2006317979884824702_n.jpgB.B., also known as Bebe, found her passion for romance when she read her first romance novel by Susan Johnson at a young age. She would sneak into her mother’s closet for books and even sometimes the attic. It soon became a hobby, and later an addiction, influencing her life in a positive way.

Bebe has always wondered about the existence of her talent. When she finally decided to pick up a metaphorical pen and start writing, she found a new way to embrace her passion.

She favors a romance that isn’t always easy on the eyes or heart, and loves to see characters grow–characters who are seemingly doomed from the start but find love anyway.

Bebe resides in North Carolina with dreams of leaving as soon as possible. She graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance.
